View & edit client profile

In the client's profile, you can update client information, approve consent, verify identity, add next of kin, send a video call link and create important notes.


📍 Where to find this: Clients → select a client → Profile tab


✅ What you can do


  • Update a client's personal information
  • Approve or remove a client's data consent
  • Verify or remove a client's identity
  • Add next of kin information
  • Send a video call link via SMS or email
  • Add, view, edit or delete an important note


âœī¸ Update client's information


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Click the Edit button.


Client's Profile


  1. A pop-up appears — update the relevant personal information (email, mobile, address, etc.).
  2. Click Submit to save.

  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Click the Not Approved button on the client's detail page.


Not Approved button


  1. Click Approve Consent to approve.
  • The button turns green and shows Approved with the approval date.
  1. (optional) Click Send Consent Email to Client to email the consent to the client.


Personal Data Policy



  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Click the Approved button on the client's detail page.

  1. Click Remove Consent.
  • The button turns red and shows Not Approved.

đŸĒĒ Verify a client's identity


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Click the Not Verified button on the client's detail page.

  1. Select the client's identification.
  2. Click Submit.
  • The button turns green and shows Verified.

❌ Remove client's verification


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Click the Verified button on the client's detail page.

  1. Deselect the client's identification.
  2. Click Submit.
  • The button turns red and shows Not Verified.


👨‍👩‍đŸ‘Ļ Add next of kin


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Click the Next of Kin button on the client's detail page.

  1. Enter the required next of kin information.
  2. Click Submit.
  • The button turns green showing Next of Kin.

Via SMS


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Click the Video Call button on the client's detail page.

  1. Click the SMS tab in the pop-up.
  2. (optional) Choose a questionnaire, LOC or file from the dropdown.
  3. (optional) Select a template and enter a message.
  4. Tick Attach video call link — the link is appended to the message automatically.
  5. Click Send.

Via Email


  1. Click the Video Call button on the client's detail page.
  2. Click the Email tab in the pop-up.
  3. (optional) Choose a questionnaire, LOC or file, select a template, enter a message.
  4. Tick Attach video call link.
  5. (optional) Click Choose file to upload an attachment.
  6. Click Send.

📌 Add an important note


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Click the Important Note button on the client's detail page.

  1. Enter the note in the Details field.
  2. Click Submit.
  • The button turns green showing Important Note.

đŸ‘ī¸ View, edit or delete an important note


  1. Navigate to the Important Note section on the client's profile.
  2. Click the Eye icon to view the note.
  3. Click the Edit icon to modify the note.
  4. Click the Delete icon to delete the note.
  • The button turns purple after deletion.


Important Note


â„šī¸ You can set a client as Active or Inactive but you cannot delete a client from records
