View & edit client profile
In the client's profile, you can update client information, approve consent, verify identity, add next of kin, send a video call link and create important notes.
â What you can do
- Update a client's personal information
- Approve or remove a client's data consent
- Verify or remove a client's identity
- Add next of kin information
- Send a video call link via SMS or email
- Add, view, edit or delete an important note
âī¸ Update client's information
- Click the Clients menu.
- Click on the client from the list.
- Click the Edit button.

- A pop-up appears â update the relevant personal information (email, mobile, address, etc.).
- Click Submit to save.

â Approve client's consent
- Click the Clients menu.
- Click on the client from the list.
- Click the Not Approved button on the client's detail page.

- Click Approve Consent to approve.
- The button turns green and shows Approved with the approval date.
- (optional) Click Send Consent Email to Client to email the consent to the client.

â Remove client's consent
- Click the Clients menu.
- Click on the client from the list.
- Click the Approved button on the client's detail page.

- Click Remove Consent.
- The button turns red and shows Not Approved.

đĒĒ Verify a client's identity
- Click the Clients menu.
- Click on the client from the list.
- Click the Not Verified button on the client's detail page.

- Select the client's identification.
- Click Submit.
- The button turns green and shows Verified.

â Remove client's verification
- Click the Clients menu.
- Click on the client from the list.
- Click the Verified button on the client's detail page.

- Deselect the client's identification.
- Click Submit.
- The button turns red and shows Not Verified.
đ¨âđŠâđĻ Add next of kin
- Click the Clients menu.
- Click on the client from the list.
- Click the Next of Kin button on the client's detail page.

- Enter the required next of kin information.
- Click Submit.
- The button turns green showing Next of Kin.


đš Send a video call link
Via SMS
- Click the Clients menu.
- Click on the client from the list.
- Click the Video Call button on the client's detail page.

- Click the SMS tab in the pop-up.
- (optional) Choose a questionnaire, LOC or file from the dropdown.
- (optional) Select a template and enter a message.
- Tick Attach video call link â the link is appended to the message automatically.
- Click Send.

Via Email
- Click the Video Call button on the client's detail page.
- Click the Email tab in the pop-up.
- (optional) Choose a questionnaire, LOC or file, select a template, enter a message.
- Tick Attach video call link.
- (optional) Click Choose file to upload an attachment.
- Click Send.


đ Add an important note
- Click the Clients menu.
- Click on the client from the list.
- Click the Important Note button on the client's detail page.

- Enter the note in the Details field.
- Click Submit.
- The button turns green showing Important Note.


đī¸ View, edit or delete an important note
- Navigate to the Important Note section on the client's profile.
- Click the Eye icon to view the note.
- Click the Edit icon to modify the note.
- Click the Delete icon to delete the note.
- The button turns purple after deletion.
