Manage bookings

You can create bookings manually from the client's details page for single or group services. You can edit single service bookings but not group service bookings from this page.


📍 Where to find this: Clients → select a client → Records → Booking Records tab


✅ What you can do


  • Add a new booking directly from the client's profile
  • Edit or delete an existing booking
  • Download booking records
  • View all past, ongoing and future bookings


➕ Add a new booking


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Go to Records → click the Booking Records tab.
  4. Click the +Add button — opens the Add New Booking pop-up.


Records


  1. Select a single or group service from the Service dropdown.
  2. Select a Practitioner from the dropdown.
  3. Select the date and time.
  4. Select the client from the Client dropdown.
  5. (optional) Enter a Special Request.
  6. (optional) Tick the checkboxes to send an SMS to the client or practitioner.
  7. (optional) Tick the checkbox to send an email to the client.
  8. Click Submit.

â„šī¸ Group service bookings cannot be edited from the client's profile.

  1. Go to Records → Booking Records tab.
  2. Click Edit to modify, Delete to remove, or Download to export.

âš ī¸ Group service bookings cannot be edited from the client's profile page — only single service bookings can be edited here.


💡 To manage the full booking calendar, go to Booking calendar & appointments.
