The Clients section is the heart of MERIDIQ. It gives you a complete view of every registered client with powerful search, filtering and merge tools. Each client has their own dedicated dashboard covering records, consents, bookings, prescriptions and more.

🧭 How to access Clients

Click Clients in the left navigation menu.

The Clients list page opens, showing all your registered clients.

Sign in to your account

Accepted Answer

Sign in to MERIDIQ at app.meridiq.com using your registered email and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the login page.

Go to app.meridiq.com.
Enter your email address.
Enter your password.
Click Login Now.

🔑 Forgot your password?

Click the Forgot Password button below the login fields.
Enter the email address you used to register with MERIDIQ.
Click Submit.
Open your email and click the password reset link.
Follow the instructions to set a new password.
Log in again with your new password.

Configure the booking system

Accepted Answer

Configure your clinic's system-wide booking settings — set scheduling policies, configure email and SMS notifications, customise the booking page and add public holidays.

✅ What you can do

Set minimum/maximum lead time and cancellation rules
Configure client and internal email and SMS notifications
Set up the booking widget, magnetic booking and booking policy
Add and remove public holidays from the booking calendar

⏱️ Scheduling policy

Click Booking System → Configurations → Scheduling Policy tab.
Set the following and click Submit:

Toggle notifications ON/OFF and select email templates as needed.
Click Submit.

Service categories

Use Categories to create and manage the service groupings that organise your bookable services in the online booking portal.

Add single or group service categories
Edit and activate/deactivate categories
Enable or disable categories on the booking portal
Link directly to the booking portal for a specific category

🧭 Open Categories

Click Booking System → Categories.

The categories list opens, showing all active categories.
Search by category name using the search bar.
Filter by Active/Inactive using the dropdown.

Click Booking System → Categories.
Click the +Add button in the top-right corner.
Enter the Category Name.
Select the Type of Booking:

Single — creates a single service category
Group — creates a group service category

Click Submit.

Send messages, questionnaires, LOCs or files to clients

Accepted Answer

From a client's profile, send questionnaires, letters of consent or files via SMS or email. You can also share video call links and review the full communication history.

Join or cancel a video call with the client

💬 Send via SMS

Click the Clients menu.
Click on the client from the list.
Go to the Send SMS, Questionnaires, LOC or Files section.
Click the +Send button — opens the Send SMS/Email pop-up.

Click the SMS tab in the pop-up.
(optional) Choose a questionnaire, LOC or file from the dropdown.
(optional) Select a template and enter a message in the text box.
(optional) Tick Attach video call link — the link is appended automatically.
Click Send.

|| ℹ️ SMS messages require credits. Check or top up your balance in Settings & configuration → SMS & video credits.

Create your clinic account

Create your MERIDIQ clinic account to access the Record System, Booking System and all core features. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial.

Create a free MERIDIQ account with a 14-day trial
Set up your company profile and select your subscription
Sign the required agreements to activate your account

📝 Step 1 — Create your account

Go to app.meridiq.com/sign-up.
Enter your email address.
Enter and confirm your password.
Choose your preferred language (English or Swedish).
Complete the captcha verification.
Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Click Create an account.

You are redirected to the Set up your account page.

🏢 Step 2 — Set up your company profile

Complete your account setup with the following details:

First Name and Last Name — enter your name
Company Name — enter your company's name
Number of Users and Country — select the appropriate options
Mobile Number — enter your contact number

Click Start Journey to continue.

You are redirected to the Subscription page.
