Account & profile
My Profile is where you manage your personal account â update your information, verify your identity with BankID for signing clinical records, and change your login password.
â What you can do
- View and update your personal information
- Verify your identity with BankID to sign procedures, notes, consents and prescriptions
- Change your login password
đ§ How to open My Profile
- Click your username in the top-right corner of any page.
- Select My Profile from the dropdown.
- The My Profile page opens.


âī¸ Update your personal information
- Click your username â select My Profile.
- (optional) Click BankID Verification to verify your identity.
- After verifying, Verified with BankID appears in green text.
- BankID verification is required before you can sign procedures, Notes & Files, Letters of Consent or Prescriptions.
- Click the Edit icon â opens the Update User pop-up.
- Add or update your personal information.
- Click Submit to save. Click Cancel to discard.



Company Name â legal name of the clinic. Required.
First & Last Name â your personal name.
Mobile Number â contact number in international format. Required.
E-mail â used for login and notifications. Required.
Address, City, Zip Code, State, Country â clinic location details.
đ Change your password
- Click your username â select My Profile.
- Click the Change Password button â opens the Change Password pop-up.
- Enter your Old Password.
- Enter your new Password.
- Re-enter the new Password to confirm.
- Click Update Password.
