My Profile is where you manage your personal account — update your information, verify your identity with BankID for signing clinical records, and change your login password.


📍 Where to find this: Click your username in the top-right corner → select My Profile

  • View and update your personal information
  • Verify your identity with BankID to sign procedures, notes, consents and prescriptions
  • Change your login password


🧭 How to open My Profile


  1. Click your username in the top-right corner of any page.
  2. Select My Profile from the dropdown.
  • The My Profile page opens.

âœī¸ Update your personal information


  1. Click your username → select My Profile.
  2. (optional) Click BankID Verification to verify your identity.
  • After verifying, Verified with BankID appears in green text.
  • BankID verification is required before you can sign procedures, Notes & Files, Letters of Consent or Prescriptions.
  1. Click the Edit icon — opens the Update User pop-up.
  2. Add or update your personal information.
  3. Click Submit to save. Click Cancel to discard.

â„šī¸ Profile fields explained:

Company Name — legal name of the clinic. Required.
First & Last Name — your personal name.
Mobile Number — contact number in international format. Required.
E-mail — used for login and notifications. Required.
Address, City, Zip Code, State, Country — clinic location details.


🔑 Change your password


  1. Click your username → select My Profile.
  2. Click the Change Password button — opens the Change Password pop-up.
  3. Enter your Old Password.
  4. Enter your new Password.
  5. Re-enter the new Password to confirm.
  6. Click Update Password.
