On expiry | Password Expired appears and cannot be dismissed — you must set a new password to keep using your account. |
🔒 If you cannot sign in
Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
Wrong password | After 3 failed attempts your account locks for 1 minute, then you can try again. |
Signing in from a new device | MERIDIQ may email you a one-time code to enter. Tick Don't ask again on this device to skip it on that device in future. |
Code did not arrive | You can request a new code after a short wait — check your spam folder first. |
Forgotten password | Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. |
