Create your clinic account
Create your MERIDIQ clinic account to access the Record System, Booking System and all core features. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial.
â What you can do
- Create a free MERIDIQ account with a 14-day trial
- Set up your company profile and select your subscription
- Sign the required agreements to activate your account
đ Step 1 â Create your account
- Go to app.meridiq.com/sign-up.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter and confirm your password.
- Choose your preferred language (English or Swedish).
- Complete the captcha verification.
- Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Click Create an account.
- You are redirected to the Set up your account page.

đĸ Step 2 â Set up your company profile
Complete your account setup with the following details:
- First Name and Last Name â enter your name
- Company Name â enter your company's name
- Number of Users and Country â select the appropriate options
- Mobile Number â enter your contact number
Click Start Journey to continue.
- You are redirected to the Subscription page.

đŗ Step 3 â Select your subscription
- Select the subscription plan that suits your needs.
- Use the + button to add the required number of users.
- The Free plan includes a 14-day trial.
- Paid plans are billed per user with unlimited clients.
- Click Continue â you are redirected to the Billing Details page.
- Fill out your billing details including VAT.

đ Step 4 â Sign the agreements
After selecting your subscription, review and sign the following agreements:
- Public Agreement

- DPA Agreement (Data Processing Agreement)

- Supplier Agreement

After agreeing to all licences you are automatically logged in and redirected to the Home page. Your account is now active and ready to use.
