Create your clinic account

Create your MERIDIQ clinic account to access the Record System, Booking System and all core features. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial.

✅ What you can do

• Create a free MERIDIQ account with a 14-day trial
• Set up your company profile and select your subscription
• Sign the required agreements to activate your account

📝 Step 1 — Create your account

1. Go to app.meridiq.com/sign-up.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter and confirm your password.
4. Choose your preferred language (English or Swedish).
5. Complete the captcha verification.
6. Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
7. Click Create an account.

• You are redirected to the Set up your account page.

🏢 Step 2 — Set up your company profile

Complete your account setup with the following details:

• First Name and Last Name — enter your name
• Company Name — enter your company's name
• Number of Users and Country — select the appropriate options
• Mobile Number — enter your contact number

Click Start Journey to continue.

• You are redirected to the Subscription page.

💳 Step 3 — Select your subscription

1. Select the subscription plan that suits your needs.

• Use the + button to add the required number of users.
• The Free plan includes a 14-day trial.
• Paid plans are billed per user with unlimited clients.

2. Click Continue — you are redirected to the Billing Details page.
3. Fill out your billing details including VAT.

📄 Step 4 — Sign the agreements

After selecting your subscription, review and sign the following agreements:

1. Public Agreement

2. DPA Agreement (Data Processing Agreement)

3. Supplier Agreement

After agreeing to all licences you are automatically logged in and redirected to the Home page. Your account is now active and ready to use.
