Manage your clinic's profile information and add Google ratings — displayed on the Registration Portal and Booking Portal.

✅ What you can do


  • Edit company name, email, phone, address and theme colour
  • Upload a background image for your portals
  • Sync and display Google ratings on your portals


🏢 View & edit company information


  1. Click General Settings → Company Information.

  1. Click Edit Profile in the top-right corner.
  2. Update your company name, email, phone, address and theme colour.
  3. (optional) Upload a background image for your Registration and Booking portals.
  4. Click Submit to save.


Edit Company Information


ℹ️ Updated company information is automatically reflected on the client-facing Registration and Booking portals.


⭐ Add Google ratings


Display your verified Google reviews on your portals. Reviews sync monthly.


  1. Click General Settings → Company Information → click Fetch Ratings.
  2. Search for your clinic, select it, verify the details and click Submit.
  3. (optional) Click Remove to remove ratings from your portals.
