Your first steps in MERIDIQ

This guide gives you a quick overview of everything in MERIDIQ, where to find each feature and what it does, so you can get up and running fast.

📍 Where to find this: Log in at app.meridiq.com. You land on your Clients page, and every feature lives in the left menu.

✅ What's in this guide

  • What you see when you sign in
  • Where to find Clients, Record System, Booking System, POS, QMS, Reports, Templates, Marketing, Communication, Apps and General Settings
  • How Focus Mode trims the menu down to the pages you actually use

🏠 Where you land

Signing in takes you to Clients, the list of everyone registered at your clinic. You move around MERIDIQ using the left menu, which shows only the systems your subscription includes.

MERIDIQ works on any smart device that is still supported by its supplier.

The MERIDIQ left menu

👥 Clients

The client's view is the core of MERIDIQ. From here you have a complete list of all registered clients with filter options, merge and manual add tools. Each client has their own dashboard where you can manage records, consents and more.

Clients

💡 See Clients overview for a full guide to everything in the Clients section.

📋 Record System

From the Record System menu you can configure your Registration Portal, Custom Questionnaire, Letters of Consent, Record Templates and Record Configurations.

Record System Menu

Record System Menu

💡 See Record system overview for a full guide to the Record System.

📅 Booking System

From the Booking System menu you can view your bookings, create schedules for you and your colleagues, share your Booking Page with clients, add services and manage booking configurations.

Booking System Menu

💡 See Booking system overview for a full guide to the Booking System.

💳 POS (Point of Sale) System

From the POS System menu you can add products by category, sell products and services, process payments, view receipts and reports, create gift cards and manage POS configurations.

POS System Menu

💡 See POS system overview for a full guide to the POS System.

🛡️ Quality Mgmt. System

From the Quality Mgmt. System menu you can create documents and reports and add medical devices.

QMS System Menu

💡 See QMS overview for a full guide to QMS.

📊 Reports

From Reports you get a snapshot of records, bookings and POS activity within a selected time period. Use it to track business performance based on client engagement, booking trends and payment summaries. Custom Report lets you build your own report page from the widgets you care about.

Reports Menu

💡 See Reports overview for a full guide.

📝 Templates

From the Templates menu you manage the wording and images you reuse every day. Record holds your Text and Image templates, SMS holds your SMS templates and E-mail holds your e-mail templates.

📣 Marketing

The Marketing menu is where SMS marketing lives. Overview shows what your marketing brought in, Automations sends messages on a trigger such as a birthday, a follow up or a win back, and Consent shows who has opted in, who has opted out and where each choice came from.

Marketing Menu

ℹ️ Marketing sends by SMS. Your clinic needs to be verified for SMS and hold SMS credits before anything goes out, and guardrails such as quiet hours and a monthly message cap apply to every automation.

💬 Communication

From the Communication menu you can e-mail your clients, send an SMS and contact our support team with a question, an issue or a feature request.

Communication Menu

💡 See Communication for a full guide.

🧩 Apps

Apps is the place a super-user browses everything that can be added to MERIDIQ, grouped into Essential apps, Billing/Payment, Communication, Clinical Tools and Scheduling & Booking.

⚙️ General Settings & Billing

From General Settings you have access to your Team, Company Information, System Settings, Tax Settings, Billing, Import, SMS/Video Credits, Upgrade Plan, Personal Data Policy and Documents.

General Settings Menu

💡 See General Settings overview for a full guide to General Settings.

🎯 Focus Mode

A long menu is a lot to take in on day one. Focus Mode, at the bottom of the left menu, hides everything except the pages you pick.

  1. Switch Focus Mode on.
  2. Click Customize Navigation.
  3. Choose the pages you want, and group them under your own headings.

Switch it off at any time to bring the full menu back. Nothing is deleted, only hidden.

ℹ️ Focus Mode is marked Beta, so it is still being improved. Your selection is saved to your own login and does not change what your colleagues see.

💡 Some pages appear only for a super-user, and a system you have not subscribed to is hidden entirely. If a menu in this guide is missing for you, check your role and your subscription under General Settings → Upgrade Plan.
