Send & manage consent forms

In the Letter of Consents, you can create consent forms with publishing permission for before/after pictures. You can send consents to clients and request them to fill out on the registration and booking portal.


📍 Where to find this: Clients → select a client → Records → Letter of Consents tab


✅ What you can do


  • Add a letter of consent for a client
  • Set publishing permission for before/after pictures
  • Sign, view, download or cancel consent forms
  • Send consent forms to clients via the portal



  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Go to the Records section → click the Letter of Consents tab.
  4. Click the +Add button — opens the Add Letter of Consent pop-up.


Records


  1. Select a consent from the dropdown menu.
  2. Select the publishing permission for before/after pictures from the dropdown.
  3. Tick the Accept consent checkbox.
  4. Save or finalise:
  • Submit Draft — saves without signing
  • Submit and Sign — opens the Sign Letter of Consent pop-up
  1. (optional) Click Cancel to discard.


Add Letter of Consent


⚠️ The consent must be signed to be authenticated. Once signed it is locked — it can only be viewed and cancelled, not edited. You can only download after signing.
