Record system templates

Build a library of text and image templates to speed up clinical record creation — attach them to procedures, notes and prescriptions with a single click.

✅ What you can do


  • Create text templates for procedures and notes
  • Create image templates with uploaded images
  • Search, sort, edit, activate/deactivate and delete templates
  • Sync text templates from the system


📝 Text templates


Add a text template


  1. Click Templates in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click RecordText.


Text Template Submenu


  1. Click the Add button.
  2. Enter the required information.
  3. Click Submit.


Search & sort text templates


  • Use the Search bar to find a template by name or keyword.
  • Use the Recently Added dropdown to sort by:
  • Recently Added, Alphabetical Order or Active/Inactive.

How to do it

Edit

Click the Edit icon to modify the template

Activate/Deactivate

Toggle the status to enable or disable the template

Delete

Click the Delete icon to remove permanently

Sync

Click the Sync button to sync text templates from the system

Add an image template


  1. Click Templates in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click RecordImage.

  1. Click the Add button.
  2. Enter the required information and upload an image.
  3. Click Submit.

How to do it

Activate/Deactivate

Toggle the status to enable or disable the template

Click the Delete icon to remove permanently
