Configure the record system

Configure how clinical records are created and signed, and set up the email notifications clients receive when they register via the portal.

  • Toggle system settings for record creation and signing
  • Enable BankID verification for client registration
  • Configure and enable email notification templates

  1. Click Record System → Configurations.
  2. Click the Configurations tab.
  3. Toggle each setting ON or OFF as required.

Email notification to super user when client registers

Sends an automatic email to the super user when a new client registers via the portal

Use checkbox when signing letter of consent

Clients tick a checkbox instead of a digital signature when signing consent forms

Can we publish your before and after picture?

Allows clients to consent to publishing their before and after photos

Enable NRS rating in procedure records

Adds a Numerical Rating Scale field in procedure records for client ratings

Mandatory BankID

Requires clients to verify their identity with BankID when registering via the portal


â„šī¸ If Use checkbox when signing letter of consent is disabled, clients must complete a full digital signature when signing consent forms.


📧 Email templates


  1. Click Record System → Configurations.
  2. Click the Email Templates tab.
  3. Toggle the required email notification ON or OFF.
  4. Select the appropriate email template from the dropdown.
  5. Click Submit to save changes.

Sends a confirmation email to clients when they register via the portal or are added manually
