Letter of consent setup
Create and manage your Letter of Consent templates â used when sending consent forms to clients directly from their profile or via the Registration and Booking portals.
â What you can do
- Create new letter of consent templates
- Edit existing consent form content
- Activate or inactivate consent templates
- Search and sort consent templates
â Add a letter of consent
- Click Record System â Letter of Consent.
- Click the +Add button in the top-right corner.
- Enter the title and content of the consent form.
- Fill in all required information.
- Click Submit to save.


âī¸ Manage consent templates
From the consent list you can:
- Search â use the Search field to find a consent by name
- Sort â sort by Recently Added, Alphabetically or Active/Inactive status
- Edit â click the Edit icon to update the content of a consent form
- Activate/Inactivate â click the toggle icon to activate or deactivate a template
