✅ What you can do

Create, edit and delete SMS templates
Search, sort, activate/deactivate and sync templates
Insert dynamic values (booking details, clinic info) into SMS text

🔍 Browse & manage SMS templates

Click Templates → SMS.

Search — use the search bar to find a template by name or keyword.

Action	How to do it
Edit	Click the Edit icon to modify the template
Activate/Deactivate	Toggle the status to enable or disable
Delete	Click the Delete icon to remove permanently
Sync	Click Sync to pull the latest system templates

SMS Templates List

➕ Create an SMS template

Click Templates → SMS → click Add.
Enter a Template Name and SMS text — use insert values for dynamic booking and clinic information.
Click Submit to save.

Add SMS Template

ℹ️ SMS messages require credits. Check or top up your balance in General Settings → SMS/Video Credits.
