Create schedule with repeat options

Repeat options for a schedule

ℹ️ A schedule always repeats, so Does not repeat is not offered here. To open a single day, use the + icon on a time slot instead.

ℹ️ If you previously created scheduled days, they will be overwritten by the new schedule.

🔁 Build a custom repeat pattern

  1. In Repeat, choose Custom….
  2. Set Repeat every to a number, then pick days, weeks or months.
  3. For weeks, select the days under Repeat on. Several weekdays are fine.
  4. For months, choose either On day with a date, or On the with a position (first, second, third, fourth or last) and a weekday.
  5. Under Ends, choose one:
  • Never, which repeats until the end of your booking window
  • On, then pick the last date
  • After, then enter a number of occurrences
  1. Read the summary line below the panel. It spells the pattern out in words, for example "Every week on Tue".

Custom repeat pattern and end condition

ℹ️ Never does not mean forever. Meridiq creates the schedule as far ahead as your booking window allows, then tells you the date it stopped at.

⚠️ If the new hours overlap private time that blocks bookings, Meridiq lists the clashing dates before saving. Add anyway saves the hours, but they stay unbookable for as long as that private time is there.
