Online booking portal for clients
The Booking Portal lets clients book appointments entirely on their own â choosing a service, selecting a time slot, entering their details and paying online without any staff involvement.
â What you can do
- Set which fields are visible and required in the booking form
- Share the booking portal link with clients
- Let clients book, pay and complete questionnaires online
âī¸ Configure the booking page
- Click Booking System â Booking Page.
- A list of fields appears (Name, Email, Date of Birth, etc.).
- For each field, toggle:
- View â makes the field visible in the booking form
- Required â makes the field mandatory for clients to fill in
- (optional) Click the booking page link to open the live booking portal.

đ What clients see on the booking portal
When a client clicks the booking portal link:
- They choose their preferred language.
- They select a service under their preferred category.


- They select an available time slot.

- They fill in their personal information (fields you set as visible/required).


- If the service has a price, a Payment Summary is displayed.

- After clicking Pay, the Viva payment page appears to complete the transaction.

- After payment, the client sees a Booking Confirmation and completes any questionnaires or consent forms you have enabled.
