Online booking portal for clients

The Booking Portal lets clients book appointments entirely on their own — choosing a service, selecting a time slot, entering their details and paying online without any staff involvement.

✅ What you can do


  • Set which fields are visible and required in the booking form
  • Share the booking portal link with clients
  • Let clients book, pay and complete questionnaires online


âš™ī¸ Configure the booking page


  1. Click Booking System → Booking Page.
  2. A list of fields appears (Name, Email, Date of Birth, etc.).
  3. For each field, toggle:
  • View — makes the field visible in the booking form
  • Required — makes the field mandatory for clients to fill in
  1. (optional) Click the booking page link to open the live booking portal.

â„šī¸ The Name field cannot be changed or removed. Custom fields can also be added.


🔗 What clients see on the booking portal


When a client clicks the booking portal link:


  1. They choose their preferred language.
  2. They select a service under their preferred category.

  1. They fill in their personal information (fields you set as visible/required).

  1. If the service has a price, a Payment Summary is displayed.

  1. After clicking Pay, the Viva payment page appears to complete the transaction.

  1. After payment, the client sees a Booking Confirmation and completes any questionnaires or consent forms you have enabled.

â„šī¸ Clients can book with the same email address multiple times. Unlike the Registration Portal, the email is not unique per booking.
