Browse & search clients

The client's view is the core of MERIDIQ. From here, you have a complete list of all registered clients, with tools to search, sort, filter, export, merge and add clients manually.

✅ What you can do


  • View and scroll through your complete client list
  • Search clients by name, email or other details
  • Sort and filter clients by status, date or name
  • Customise which columns are visible using Show Fields
  • Export all clients or a single client's records
  • Merge two duplicate client profiles
  • Add a new client manually


🔍 Search for a client


  1. Click the Clients menu from the main navigation.
  2. Use the Search bar at the top-left to type a client's name, email or other details.
  3. The list updates automatically as you type.

đŸ”Ŋ Sort & filter clients


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Use the Last Added dropdown to sort clients by:
  • Last Added, Last Updated, Last Viewed, Not Signed, Needs Prescription, Prescribed, A-Z, Z-A
  1. Use the Active dropdown to filter by client status:
  • All, Active, Inactive, Same Personal ID.


đŸ‘ī¸ Customise visible columns (Show Fields)


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click the Show Fields button.
  3. Toggle the checkboxes on or off to show or hide the following columns:


Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Swedish Personal ID, Occupation, Street Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, E-mail, Danish CPR Number.

📤 Export clients


Export all clients


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click the Export button to download all client data as a file.


Export a single client's records


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Locate the client you want to export.
  3. Click the Download icon on the far right of the client's row.
  4. A pop-up confirms: "Your request has been added to the queue. Once the download is ready, you will receive a notification."

â„šī¸ If you click the download icon again for the same client, a pop-up will appear with two options: Download (Client Name).zip to re-download the existing file, or Generate New to create a fresh export.

🔀 Merge duplicate clients


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click the Merge button.
  3. Select exactly 2 clients to merge.
  4. Confirm which profile to keep as the primary record.
  5. Click Confirm Merge.


The following data is transferred from the secondary profile to the primary:


  • Media
  • Procedures
  • Notes & Files
  • Letter of Consents
  • Booking Records (past, ongoing and future)
  • Payment Details
  • Questionnaires (all PDFs transferred)
  • Send information (records only — no emails re-sent)
  • All log files


Merge from the Client List

âš ī¸ Merging is permanent. The secondary profile is removed and cannot be recovered. Only 2 clients can be selected for a merge at a time.


➕ Add a client manually


There are three ways to add a client in MERIDIQ:


  1. Manually — described below
  2. Registration Portal — client fills in their own details online
  3. Booking Portal — client is added automatically when they create a booking


To add a client manually:


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click the +Add button in the upper-right corner.
  3. Fill in the required personal information fields.
  4. Click Submit — the client is now available in MERIDIQ.
