Manage prescriptions
In Prescriptions, you can create prescriptions by uploading files and adding text templates. You can also assign a prescription to a prescriber.
✅ What you can do
- Create prescriptions with text templates and file uploads
- Assign prescriptions to a prescriber
- Sign, edit, view, download or cancel prescriptions
➕ Create a prescription
- Click the Clients menu.
- Click on the client from the list.
- Go to Records → click the Prescriptions tab.
- Click the +Add button — opens the Prescription pop-up.

- Enter the Title.
- (optional) Select a Text Template from the dropdown.
- (optional) Select a Prescriber to assign the prescription.
- (optional) Click Choose files to upload documents or images.
- Save or finalise:
- Submit Draft — saves without signing
- Submit and Sign — opens the Sign Prescription pop-up
- (optional) Click Cancel to discard.
