Manage prescriptions

In Prescriptions, you can create prescriptions by uploading files and adding text templates. You can also assign a prescription to a prescriber.


📍 Where to find this: Clients → select a client → Records → Prescriptions tab


✅ What you can do


  • Create prescriptions with text templates and file uploads
  • Assign prescriptions to a prescriber
  • Sign, edit, view, download or cancel prescriptions


➕ Create a prescription


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Go to Records → click the Prescriptions tab.
  4. Click the +Add button — opens the Prescription pop-up.


Records


  1. Enter the Title.
  2. (optional) Select a Text Template from the dropdown.
  3. (optional) Select a Prescriber to assign the prescription.
  4. (optional) Click Choose files to upload documents or images.
  5. Save or finalise:
  • Submit Draft — saves without signing
  • Submit and Sign — opens the Sign Prescription pop-up
  1. (optional) Click Cancel to discard.


Prescription


⚠️ Once signed, the prescription is locked. It can only be viewed and cancelled — not edited. If assigned to a prescriber, only that prescriber can sign it from the prescription portal. You can only download after signing.
