View gift card records

In Gift Card, you can see the records of clients who purchased gift cards, including their status, validity and remaining balance.


📍 Where to find this: Clients → select a client → Payment → Gift Card tab


✅ What you can do


  • View all gift card purchase records for a client
  • See gift card number, status, validity, remaining value and total value
  • Open full receipt details for any gift card


🎁 View gift card records


  1. Click the Clients menu.
  2. Click on the client from the list.
  3. Go to the Payment section in the client details page.
  4. Click the Gift Card tab.
  • Each entry shows: unique gift card number, status, validity time, remaining value and total value.
  1. (optional) Click the Eye icon to open the full Receipt Details for a gift card.
