Track your marketing results
The Overview page answers one question: did the messages pay off. It shows what marketing sent, what it booked, what that was worth, and what it cost — so the decision to keep it running is a number rather than a feeling.
✅ What you can do
- Read five headline numbers for your marketing
- Compare bookings week by week over 5, 8 or 12 weeks
- Act on an opportunity MERIDIQ spots for you
- Follow every automated send in a searchable log

📈 The five numbers
Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
Messages sent | Marketing messages that went out |
Bookings generated | Bookings credited to those messages |
Attributed revenue | The value of those bookings |
Cost (credits) | What the messages cost you |
Return | Attributed revenue divided by cost — a 20x means every credit spent brought back twenty times its value |
How a booking gets credited
A booking counts as attributed when the client books within 7 days of receiving a marketing message. MERIDIQ follows the link in the message, so when a client taps through and books, that booking is tied back to the text that prompted it.
📊 Bookings from marketing
The chart plots attributed bookings per week. Use the dropdown at its top right to switch between Last 5 weeks, Last 8 weeks and Last 12 weeks, and read the total for the chosen period beside it as Bookings this period.
⭐ Opportunity
When clients have gone quiet and Win-back is switched off, an Opportunity card appears. It tells you how many clients have not visited in six months or more, and estimates what they are worth based on what they used to spend.
Click Turn on win-back to start the recipe there and then, without going to the Automations page.
📜 Recent activity
Recent activity lists the latest automated sends as they happen. Before anything has gone out it reads No automated sends yet — they will show up here, which is the expected state on day one. Click View all to open the full activity log.

In the log you can:
- Filter by All, Sent, Skipped or Failed
- Search by client name
- See whether a message was Delivered, Clicked, or led to a Booked appointment
- Read the reason behind anything skipped or failed
- Click Load more for older entries
🔧 If the numbers look wrong
What you see | Where to look |
|---|---|
Fewer sends than expected | Logs on the recipe — a frequency cap or credit budget may be holding messages back |
Sends but no bookings | The message itself. Is the booking link in it? Is the offer clear? |
Nothing at all | The setup banner at the top of the page, and whether any recipe is switched on |
A recipe stopped by itself | Its card will say Paused by list protection — review the wording, then resume |
