Personal data policy

Write and manage your clinic's Personal Data Policy — displayed to clients when approving their consent, available in both English and Swedish.

✅ What you can do


  • View and edit the Personal Data Policy in English and Swedish
  • Reset the policy to the system default template
  • Display a custom policy to clients during consent approval


📄 Edit personal data policy


  1. Click General Settings → Personal Data Policy.
  • The policy editor opens.


Personal Data Policy


  1. Click the English or Swedish tab.
  2. Edit or write your clinic's personal data privacy policy.
  3. Click Submit to save — the policy is shown to clients during consent approval.
  4. (optional) Click Load default to reset to the system default.


⚠️ Clicking Load default will erase all custom edits. This action cannot be undone.


ℹ️ The policy displays in the client's language — set in System settings under Client Language.


💡 The language the policy displays in is controlled by the Client Language setting. See System settings to update it.
