Track your marketing results

The Overview page answers one question: did the messages pay off. It shows what marketing sent, what it booked, what that was worth, and what it cost — so the decision to keep it running is a number rather than a feeling.

📍 Where to find this: Left navigation menu → Marketing → Overview

✅ What you can do

  • Read five headline numbers for your marketing
  • Compare bookings week by week over 5, 8 or 12 weeks
  • Act on an opportunity MERIDIQ spots for you
  • Follow every automated send in a searchable log

How a booking gets credited

A booking counts as attributed when the client books within 7 days of receiving a marketing message. MERIDIQ follows the link in the message, so when a client taps through and books, that booking is tied back to the text that prompted it.

ℹ️ This is deliberately conservative. A client who receives a reminder and phones the clinic three weeks later is not counted, so the real return is usually a little better than the figure shown, never worse.

📊 Bookings from marketing

The chart plots attributed bookings per week. Use the dropdown at its top right to switch between Last 5 weeks, Last 8 weeks and Last 12 weeks, and read the total for the chosen period beside it as Bookings this period.

ℹ️ Give it time before judging. Rebooking reminders only fire when clients reach their interval, so the first weeks after going live are always the quietest.

⭐ Opportunity

When clients have gone quiet and Win-back is switched off, an Opportunity card appears. It tells you how many clients have not visited in six months or more, and estimates what they are worth based on what they used to spend.

Click Turn on win-back to start the recipe there and then, without going to the Automations page.

📜 Recent activity

Recent activity lists the latest automated sends as they happen. Before anything has gone out it reads No automated sends yet — they will show up here, which is the expected state on day one. Click View all to open the full activity log.

Activity log filtered by All, Sent, Skipped and Failed

In the log you can:

  • Filter by All, Sent, Skipped or Failed
  • Search by client name
  • See whether a message was Delivered, Clicked, or led to a Booked appointment
  • Read the reason behind anything skipped or failed
  • Click Load more for older entries

ℹ️ Automations are evaluated every hour, so a send appears up to an hour after the moment that triggered it. Anything due during quiet hours appears once quiet hours end.

🔧 If the numbers look wrong

What you see

Where to look

Fewer sends than expected

Logs on the recipe — a frequency cap or credit budget may be holding messages back

Sends but no bookings

The message itself. Is the booking link in it? Is the offer clear?

Nothing at all

The setup banner at the top of the page, and whether any recipe is switched on

A recipe stopped by itself

Its card will say Paused by list protection — review the wording, then resume

💡 Read this page next to Set guardrails and credit limits. Most surprises in the numbers are a guardrail doing exactly what it was told to.
