POS system overview
The POS (Point of Sale) system is where you handle all client transactions — sell products and services, process payments via Viva, Klarna, Swish, Stripe, Fortnox invoice or Manual Payment, and manage receipts, reports and gift cards.
🧭 How to access the POS system
- Click the POS System in the left navigation menu.
- The POS menu expands to show all subsections.
- If your clinic is registered in Sweden and you have not yet registered with Infrasec, a Register for Infrasec pop-up will appear automatically. United Kingdom clinics do not see this pop-up.
⚙️ Register for Infrasec (Sweden only)
Before using the POS system for the first time, Swedish clinics need to register with Infrasec.
- Click the POS System in the left navigation menu.
- The Register for Infrasec pop-up opens automatically.
- Fill in the required registration details.
- Submit the form to complete registration.

- Sell products and services to clients
- Apply gift card payments as discounts
- Process payments via Viva (includes Klarna), Swish, Stripe, Fortnox (invoice) and Manual Payment
- Add, update, activate and inactivate products
- View receipts, plus the sales reports for your country — Z and X Reports (Sweden), MTD VAT Report (United Kingdom) or VAT Report (Netherlands)
