✅ What you can do

Browse, search and filter products by status, name or category
Export the full product list with all details
Add new products with barcode, price, tax rate and stock
Edit, activate and inactivate existing products
Create and manage product categories with custom colours

📦 Product Library

Browse & filter products

Click POS System → Products → Product Library.
Use the filters at the top-right to find products:

Filter	Options
Active/Inactive	Filter by active or inactive status
Sort	Recently Added, A-Z, Z-A
Category	Filter by product category
Search	Search by product name

(optional) Click the Export button to download the full product list with all details.

Products List

➕ Add a product

Click POS System → Products → Product Library.
Click the +Add Product button in the top-right corner.

Opens the Add Product pop-up.

Enter the product's barcode or universal code.
Enter the Product Name and Description.
Select a Product Image.
Select the Product Category from the dropdown.
Enter the Selling Price and Base Price.
Choose the applicable Tax Rate from the dropdown.
Enter the Inventory / Stock amount.
Click Submit to save. Click Cancel to discard.

Add Product

✏️ Edit, activate & inactivate a product

Click POS System → Products → Product Library.
Click the Edit icon to update an existing product.
Click the Activate/Inactivate icon to change the product's status.

Action	What it does
Edit	Opens the product form to update any field
Inactivate	Hides the product from the active list and from sales
Activate	Makes the product visible and available for sale again

Product Actions

ℹ️ Inactive products are hidden from the default list. Use the Active/Inactive filter to view and manage them.

🏷️ Categories

Browse & filter categories

Click POS System → Products → Categories.
Use the filters at the top-right to find categories:

Filter	Options
Active/Inactive	Filter by active or inactive status
Search	Search by category name

Product Categories List

➕ Add a product category

Click POS System → Products → Categories.
Click the +Add button in the top-right corner.

Opens the Add Category pop-up.

Enter the Category Name.
Select the Category Colour.
Click Submit to save. Click Cancel to discard.

Add Category

✏️ Edit, activate & inactivate a category

Click POS System → Products → Categories.
Click the Edit icon to update an existing category.
Click the Activate/Inactivate icon to change the category's status.

Action	What it does
Edit	Opens the category form to update name or colour
Inactivate	Hides the category from the active list
Activate	Makes the category visible and available again

Product Category Actions
