Manage clinics

View and manage your connected aesthetic clinics — browse prescriptions and payment reports for each clinic.

✅ What you can do

• Browse all connected clinics and their prescription counts
• View, edit, sign or delete clinic prescriptions
• Download clinic payment invoices
• Stop service or update fees for a clinic

🏥 Browse clinics

1. Click Clinics in the left navigation menu.

• The Clinics list opens, showing all connected clinics.
• Use the search bar to find a clinic by name.
• The list shows: Clinic Name, Signed & Pending prescription count, Client Name, Fees, Status (Active/Inactive).

🏢 Clinic details

1. Click Clinics → click on any clinic name.

• The Clinic Details page opens with two sections:

1. Clinic Information section

1. Click Clinics → click a clinic → navigate to Clinic Information.

• Click Stop Service to end the service relationship with the clinic.
• Click Fees to edit your fee agreement with the clinic.

2. Details section — Prescriptions tab

1. Click Clinics → click a clinic → navigate to Details → click Prescriptions.
2. Click View to view prescription details.
3. Click Edit to update prescription details.
4. Click Sign to sign and approve a prescription.
5. Click Delete to remove a prescription.
6. Click View All to see the full prescription history.

• Use the search bar to filter by title, client or date.
• Prescribed — finalised and approved.
• Not Prescribed — action required; not yet approved.

2. Details section — Reports tab

1. Click Clinics → click a clinic → navigate to Details → click Reports.
2. Click the Download icon on any row to save a payment invoice.
3. Click View All to see the full payment history.
