POS & sales reports
The POS reports section provides insights into sales transactions, product and service performance, payment methods and refund activity — helping you analyse business trends and operational efficiency.

- View revenue and transaction summaries
- Track payment gateway usage (Swish, Viva, Stripe)
- Identify top clients by lifetime value
- Review practitioner sales performance
- Monitor top-selling products and services
- Track low-stock products and refunds
📊 Opening POS reports
- Click Reports in the left navigation menu.
- Click POS from the submenu.
- The Reports — POS page opens with ten data sections.

🔽 Filters
Filter | Options |

Team Member | Select a specific team member or Everyone |
Period | Daily, Weekly or Monthly |
Start Date / End Date | Set a custom date range |
Export | Click Export (top-right) to download the report |
📋 Report sections
1. Summary Metrics
- Total Revenue — all sales in the period
- No. of Transactions — total number of transactions
- Avg. Transaction Value — average sale value
- Refunds — total refund amount
2. Revenue
Bar graph showing daily sales revenue — split by Product Revenue (blue) and Service Revenue (purple).
3. Payment Gateway Preference
Pie chart showing which payment methods clients used — Swish, Viva, Stripe, etc.
4. Client Lifetime Value
Ranked table showing top clients by total revenue — includes Transaction Count and Revenue.
5. Practitioner Performance
Ranked table showing revenue generated per practitioner.
6. Total Discount
Pie chart showing the split between Direct Discounts applied and Total Revenue.
7. Top Selling Products
Ranked table showing products by Quantity Sold and Revenue.
8. Top Booked Services
Ranked table showing services by Quantity Sold and Revenue.
9. Low Stock Products
Lists products running low on stock — includes Quantity Left and an Add button to reorder directly.
10. Refund
Ranked table showing refunds by Client Name and Refund Value.
