Manage quality documents & reports
Document & Reports is where you write and sign your clinic's quality documentation. Every save is signed and kept as a new version, so you always have a complete history.

- Complete the questions, or write the document in the text editor.
- Click Sign, draw your signature, then click Submit.

- The Versions page lists Version, Added On and Signed by.
- Click View to read a version, or Download to save it as a PDF.
