Booking activity reports
The Booking reports section offers a detailed overview of bookings, revenue, practitioner performance and cancellations — helping you track business performance and manage scheduling effectively.

- View booking summary metrics at a glance
- Track daily booking volumes over time
- Identify top-performing practitioners by revenue
- Monitor your most-booked services and categories
- Analyse cancellation and no-show trends
📊 Opening Booking reports
- Click Reports in the left navigation menu.
- Click Booking from the submenu.
- The Reports — Booking page opens with six data sections.
🔽 Filters
Use the filters at the top of the page to customise your view:
Filter | Options |
|---|---|
Team Member | Select a specific team member or Everyone |
Period | Daily, Weekly or Monthly |
Start Date / End Date | Set a custom date range |
Export | Click Export (top-right) to download the report |
📋 Report sections
1. Summary Metrics
At a glance, view total counts for:
- Total Single Bookings — individual appointments booked
- Total Group Bookings — group session bookings
- Booking Revenue — total revenue from bookings
- Cancelled — total bookings cancelled
- No Show — clients who did not attend
2. Bookings
Bar chart showing the number of bookings by day within the selected period, with the total booking count for the duration.
3. Top Practitioners
Ranked table showing your top practitioners by booking activity:

Booked Count | Number of bookings |

4. Top Booking Services
Ranked table showing your most-booked services:

5. Top Service Category
Ranked table showing your most-booked service categories:

6. Booking Cancelled / No Show
Dual-line chart comparing Cancelled vs No Show booking trends across the selected period — showing the total count for each on any given day.
