Focus Mode overview

Focus Mode simplifies your left navigation menu down to the pages you actually use. Switch it on, choose what to keep, and everything else disappears from your sidebar.

📍 Where to find this: The Focus Mode switch at the bottom of the left navigation menu

ℹ️ Focus Mode is marked BETA and is a personal setting — it changes only your sidebar. Your colleagues keep their own.

✅ What you can do

  • Hide the menu items you never open
  • Pin individual pages so they sit on their own, without a menu to expand
  • Group pages under system labels or your own custom labels
  • Drag your sidebar into the order you want
  • Choose which page you land on straight after signing in
  • Switch it off at any time and get the full menu back

🎯 Turn Focus Mode on

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the left navigation menu.
  2. Click the Focus Mode switch.
  • The subtitle changes from Simplify your sidebar to Focus mode is on.
  • Your sidebar immediately shrinks to your chosen items.
  1. Click Customize Navigation to choose what to keep.

ℹ️ Until you choose anything, Focus Mode keeps Clients only. That is the starting point, not a limit — open Customize Navigation and add whatever you need.

↩️ Turn it off again

  1. Click the Focus Mode switch again.
  • The full menu returns immediately.

ℹ️ Turning Focus Mode off does not erase your choices. Switch it back on and your pinned pages, labels, order and landing page are all still there.
