MERIDIQ is billed per system, so you only pay for the parts you use. This page lists the monthly and yearly price of each system, the currency you are charged in, and where the POS System is available.

💱 Which currency you are charged in

Your currency is set by the country you registered your clinic in, and you cannot change it yourself. Find your currency here first, then read that column in the price tables below.

Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and Vatican City.

Every country not listed above, and not Sweden or the United Kingdom, is charged in USD. This includes the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

ℹ️ Some countries on the EUR list do not use the euro as their national currency, including Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Iceland and Poland. Your MERIDIQ subscription is still priced and charged in EUR.

ℹ️ The Record System and Booking System are charged per licensed user. Add or remove users on the Upgrade Plan page and the total updates. The POS System and Quality Mgmt. System are charged per clinic, with unlimited users.

ℹ️ All prices exclude VAT. Your VAT rate is set by your clinic's country and is added on the Upgrade Plan page before you confirm.

📅 Yearly prices

Paying yearly saves you 20% on the Record System, Booking System and Quality Mgmt. System. The POS System yearly price is twelve times its monthly price, so there is no saving.

⚠️ The POS System is sold on a yearly contract even when you pay monthly. Once you subscribe, you cannot cancel the POS System for one year.

The Record System, Booking System and Quality Mgmt. System each include a 14 day free trial, and you can start it without entering card details.

ℹ️ The POS System has no free trial.

🛒 Where the POS System is available

The POS System is currently available in three countries only:

Sweden
United Kingdom
Netherlands

Everywhere else, the POS System appears on the Upgrade Plan page but cannot be subscribed to. You will see POS is not yet available in your country along with the option to join the waiting list, and we will contact you when it launches in your country.

ℹ️ Every other MERIDIQ system is available worldwide. Only the POS System is restricted by country.
