Dashboard overview
The Home Dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your clinic's performance — track new clients, booking volumes, top clients and your most popular services, all in one view.
✅ What you can do
- View new clients added over a selected time period
- Track total bookings, cancellations and no-shows
- See your top 10 clients by booking activity
- Identify your most and least popular services
🏠 Open the dashboard
- Click Home in the left navigation menu.
- The Home page displays the main dashboard.
The dashboard has four sections:
- Number of Clients
- Number of Bookings
- Top 10 Client Bookings
- Top 10 Booking Services
🔽 Filters
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to customise your view:
Filter | Options |
|---|---|
Team Member | Select a specific team member or choose Everyone |
Period | Daily, Weekly or Monthly |
Start Date | Beginning of your reporting period |
End Date | End of your reporting period |
👥 1. Number of Clients
- Shows the number of new clients added during the selected period.
- Displayed as a bar chart per week.
📅 2. Number of Bookings
- Tracks the total number of bookings made in the selected period.
- Broken down into three categories:
Category | What it shows |
|---|---|
Total | All bookings made |
Cancelled | Bookings that were cancelled |
No Show | Bookings where the client did not attend |
🏆 3. Top 10 Client Bookings
- Displays your top 10 clients ranked by booking activity.
- Columns: Ranking, Client Name, Email, Count.
- Filter by:
Filter | What it shows |
|---|---|
Most Bookings | Clients with the highest booking count |
Most Cancellation | Clients who cancelled the most |
Most No Show | Clients with the most no-shows |
⭐ 4. Top 10 Booking Services
- Displays your most and least popular services.
- Columns: Ranking, Service Name, Count.
- Filter by:
