ℹ️ You only see the integrations available in your clinic's registered country, so the Billing/Payment tab looks different from clinic to clinic. Your country is set under General Settings → Company information.

ℹ️ Klarna is not a separate integration. It comes with Viva Wallet — connect Viva Wallet and Klarna becomes available as a payment option.

🔗 Connect a payment method

  1. Click Apps in the left navigation menu.
  2. Open the Billing/Payment tab.
  3. Click Activate on the integration you want to connect.
  4. You are taken to Point of Sale System → Settings → Payment methods, with your chosen provider already selected.
  5. Follow the provider's steps to authorise the connection.

Billing and payment apps

⚠️ These integrations need an active Point of Sale subscription. Without one, the app card shows a Subscribe to Point of Sale button instead.

ℹ️ Some clinics must also complete Infrasec registration before payment methods can be connected. If that applies to you, the app card prompts you to connect Infrasec first.

✅ Check what is connected

Integrations you have already connected show Active and a settings icon, instead of the Activate button.

💡 To take a payment once a provider is connected, see the POS (Point of Sale System) section.
