# Your MAL profile

View and update your personal profile information and change your password directly from your MAL Online account.

| 📍 **Where to find this:** MAL Online → click your **Username** (top-right) → My Profile

## ✅ What you can do

* View and update your personal information
* Verify your identity with BankID
* Change your account password

## 👤 Open My Profile

1. Click your **Username** at the top-right of any page.
2. Select **My Profile** from the dropdown.

## ✏️ Add / Update My Profile

1. Click your **Username** → select **My Profile**.
2. *(optional)* Click **BankID Verification** to verify your identity for signing procedures, notes, consents and prescriptions.
3. Click the **Edit** icon to update your personal information.
4. Add or update your details.
5. Click **Submit** to save — or **Cancel** to discard changes.

## 🔑 Change password from My Profile

1. Click your **Username** → select **My Profile**.
2. Click the **Change Password** button.
3. Enter your **Old Password**.
4. Enter the new **Password**.
5. Re-enter the **New Password** to confirm.
6. Click **Update Password** to save the new password.
