# View gift card records

In Gift Card, you can see the records of clients who purchased gift cards, including their status, validity and remaining balance.

| 📍 **Where to find this:** Clients → select a client → Payment → Gift Card tab

## ✅ What you can do

* View all gift card purchase records for a client
* See gift card number, status, validity, remaining value and total value
* Open full receipt details for any gift card

## 🎁 View gift card records

1. Click the **Clients** menu.
2. Click on the client from the list.
3. Go to the **Payment** section in the client details page.
4. Click the **Gift Card** tab.
* Each entry shows: unique gift card number, status, validity time, remaining value and total value.
5. *(optional)* Click the **Eye** icon to open the full Receipt Details for a gift card.
