# Upgrade your plan

Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly subscription plans.

## ✅ What you can do

* Upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan
* Add or remove system modules (Record, Booking, POS)
* Adjust the number of user licences
* Switch between Monthly and Yearly billing (save 20%)
* Apply promo codes
* Review the payment summary before subscribing

## 💳 Manage your subscription

1. Click **General Settings** → **Upgrade Plan**.
* Your current plan and assigned users are shown.

2. *(optional)* Adjust the number of **Users** using the user selector.
3. *(optional)* Click **Add** to add a module, or the **Delete** icon to remove one.
4. *(optional)* Switch between **Monthly** and **Yearly (Save 20%)** billing.
5. *(optional)* Enter a promo code in the **Summary** section and click **Apply**.
6. Review the **Summary** to confirm selections and total cost → click **Subscribe**.
