# Send messages, questionnaires, LOCs or files to clients

From a client's profile, send questionnaires, letters of consent or files via SMS or email. You can also share video call links and review the full communication history.

| 📍 **Where to find this:** Clients → select a client → Send SMS, Questionnaires, LOC or Files section

## ✅ What you can do

* Send an SMS with a questionnaire, LOC, file or video call link
* Send an email with a questionnaire, LOC, file or video call link
* Join or cancel a video call with the client
* View the full history of sent SMS, emails and video calls

## 💬 Send via SMS

1. Click the **Clients** menu.
2. Click on the client from the list.
3. Go to the **Send SMS, Questionnaires, LOC or Files** section.
4. Click the **+Send** button — opens the Send SMS/Email pop-up.

5. Click the **SMS** tab in the pop-up.
6. *(optional)* Choose a questionnaire, LOC or file from the dropdown.
7. *(optional)* Select a template and enter a message in the text box.
8. *(optional)* Tick **Attach video call link** — the link is appended automatically.
9. Click **Send**.

|| ℹ️ SMS messages require credits. Check or top up your balance in **Settings & configuration** → SMS & video credits.

## 📧 Send via Email

1. Click the **+Send** button — opens the Send SMS/Email pop-up.
2. Click the **Email** tab.
3. *(optional)* Choose a questionnaire, LOC or file from the dropdown.
4. *(optional)* Select a template and enter a message.
5. *(optional)* Tick **Attach video call link** — the link is appended automatically.
6. *(optional)* Click **Choose file** to upload an attachment.
7. Click **Send**.

## 📹 Video call & communication history

1. Go to the **Send SMS, Questionnaires, LOC or Files** section.
2. Click **Join Video Call** to join an active video call.
3. Click **Cancel Video Call** to cancel the video call.
4. Click **View All** to see the full history of sent SMS, emails and video calls.
