# Send & manage consent forms

In the Letter of Consents, you can create consent forms with publishing permission for before/after pictures. You can send consents to clients and request them to fill out on the registration and booking portal.

## ✅ What you can do

* Add a letter of consent for a client
* Set publishing permission for before/after pictures
* Sign, view, download or cancel consent forms
* Send consent forms to clients via the portal

## ➕ Add a letter of consent

1. Click the **Clients** menu.
2. Click on the client from the list.
3. Go to the **Records** section → click the **Letter of Consents** tab.
4. Click the **+Add** button — opens the Add Letter of Consent pop-up.

5. Select a consent from the dropdown menu.
6. Select the publishing permission for before/after pictures from the dropdown.
7. Tick the **Accept consent** checkbox.
8. Save or finalise:
* **Submit Draft** — saves without signing
* **Submit and Sign** — opens the Sign Letter of Consent pop-up
9. *(optional)* Click **Cancel** to discard.

||| **⚠️ The consent must be signed to be authenticated.** Once signed it is locked — it can only be viewed and cancelled, not edited. You can only download after signing.

## ⚙️ Consent form actions

| Icon | Action | What it does | Available when |
| ---- |
| ✏️ | **Sign** | Finalise & lock the consent | Unsigned only |
| 👁️ | **View** | Read the full consent form | Any status |
| 🗑️ | **Delete** | Remove permanently | Unsigned only |
| ⬇️ | **Download** | Export signed form as PDF | Signed only |
| 🚫 | **Cancel** | Cancel & add a reason note | Signed only |
| 🗒️ | **View cancel note** | Read the cancellation reason | Cancelled only |
