# Record templates

Create and manage text and image templates to speed up clinical record creation. Text templates can be attached to procedures, notes and prescriptions; image templates are available when adding a procedure.

## ✅ What you can do

* Create, edit and delete text templates for procedures, notes and prescriptions
* Create, edit and delete image templates for procedures
* Search, sort, activate/deactivate and sync templates

## 📝 Text templates

### Browse & manage text templates

1. Click **Templates** → **Record** → **Text**.
* **Search** — use the search bar to find a template by name or keyword.
* **Sort** — click **Recently Added** to sort by Recently Added, Alphabetical Order or Active/Inactive.

| Action | How to do it |
| ---- |
| **Edit** | Click the Edit icon to modify the template |
| **Activate/Deactivate** | Toggle the status to enable or disable the template |
| **Delete** | Click the Delete icon to remove permanently |
| **Sync** | Click **Sync** to pull the latest system templates |

### ➕ Add a text template

1. Click **Templates** → **Record** → **Text**.
2. Click **Add** → enter the required information → click **Submit** to save.

## 🖼️ Image templates

### Browse & manage image templates

1. Click **Templates** → **Record** → **Image**.

| Action | How to do it |
| ---- |
| **Edit** | Click the Edit icon to modify the image template |
| **Activate/Deactivate** | Toggle the status to enable or disable |
| **Delete** | Click the Delete icon to remove permanently |

### ➕ Add an image template

1. Click **Templates** → **Record** → **Image**.
2. Click **Add** → enter the required information and upload an image → click **Submit**.
