# Record system overview

The Record System is your central hub for all clinical record configuration — set up the Registration Portal, build custom questionnaires, manage consent form templates, configure system settings and maintain your template library.

## 🧭 How to access the Record System

1. Click **Record System** in the left navigation menu.
* The Record System menu expands to show all subsections.

## ✅ What's in the Record System

A Record System is a collection of all your client records, including:

* Registration Portal, Important Note, Media & Before/After Images
* Procedures/Treatments, Notes & Files, Letters of Consents
* Prescriptions, Health, Aesthetic, Covid-19 & Custom Questionnaires
* Text Templates & Image Templates
