# Letter of consent setup

Create and manage your Letter of Consent templates — used when sending consent forms to clients directly from their profile or via the Registration and Booking portals.

## ✅ What you can do

* Create new letter of consent templates
* Edit existing consent form content
* Activate or inactivate consent templates
* Search and sort consent templates

## ➕ Add a letter of consent

1. Click **Record System** → **Letter of Consent**.
2. Click the **+Add** button in the top-right corner.
3. Enter the **title** and **content** of the consent form.
4. Fill in all required information.
5. Click **Submit** to save.

## ⚙️ Manage consent templates

From the consent list you can:

* **Search** — use the Search field to find a consent by name
* **Sort** — sort by Recently Added, Alphabetically or Active/Inactive status
* **Edit** — click the Edit icon to update the content of a consent form
* **Activate/Inactivate** — click the toggle icon to activate or deactivate a template

|| ℹ️ Inactive consent forms are hidden from the default list. Use the Active/Inactive filter to view them.

||| **⚠️ Once a consent form has been signed by a client it is locked as a legal record.** Changes to the template do not affect already signed consents.
