# Email templates

Create and manage email templates used in booking appointment notifications — so clients and practitioners receive professional, personalised emails based on your clinic's preferences.

## ✅ What you can do

* Create, edit and delete email templates
* Search, sort, activate/deactivate and sync templates
* Insert dynamic values (booking details, clinic info) into email content

## 🔍 Browse & manage email templates

1. Click **Templates** → **E-mail**.
* **Search** — use the search bar to find a template by name or keyword.

| Action | How to do it |
| ---- |
| **Edit** | Click the Edit icon to modify the template |
| **Activate/Deactivate** | Toggle the status to enable or disable |
| **Delete** | Click the Delete icon to remove permanently |
| **Sync** | Click **Sync** to pull the latest system templates |

## ➕ Add an email template

1. Click **Templates** → **E-mail** → click **Add**.
2. Enter a **Template Name** and **email text** — use insert values for dynamic information.
3. Click **Submit** to save.
