# Company information

Manage your clinic's profile information and add Google ratings — displayed on the Registration Portal and Booking Portal.

## ✅ What you can do

* Edit company name, email, phone, address and theme colour
* Upload a background image for your portals
* Sync and display Google ratings on your portals

## 🏢 View & edit company information

1. Click **General Settings** → **Company Information**.

2. Click **Edit Profile** in the top-right corner.
3. Update your company name, email, phone, address and theme colour.
4. *(optional)* Upload a **background image** for your Registration and Booking portals.
5. Click **Submit** to save.

|| ℹ️ Updated company information is automatically reflected on the client-facing Registration and Booking portals.

## ⭐ Add Google ratings

Display your verified Google reviews on your portals. Reviews sync monthly.

1. Click **General Settings** → **Company Information** → click **Fetch Ratings**.
2. Search for your clinic, select it, verify the details and click **Submit**.
3. *(optional)* Click **Remove** to remove ratings from your portals.
