# Apps overview

Apps is your integration hub — connect payment providers, accounting tools and calendars, and add MERIDIQ modules to your plan.

| 📍 **Where to find this:** Left navigation menu → Apps

||| ⚠️ Apps is only available to **super users**. If you cannot see it in the menu, ask your clinic administrator.

## ✅ What you can do

- Browse every app and module available to your clinic
- Filter apps by category
- See at a glance which apps are already connected
- Open an app's settings to connect or reconfigure it
- Subscribe to MERIDIQ modules you do not have yet

## 🧭 How to access Apps

1. Click **Apps** in the left navigation menu.
2. The page opens on the **All apps** tab, showing every app grouped by category.

## 🔌 Connect an app

1. Click **Apps** in the left navigation menu.
2. Find the app you want, using the tabs to narrow the list if needed.
3. Click **Activate** on the app card.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to finish connecting.

|| ℹ️ Apps you have already connected show **Active** instead of **Activate**, along with a settings icon.

## 💰 Pricing shown on app cards

- **Free** — included at no extra cost, such as the payment and calendar integrations
- **A monthly price** — a MERIDIQ module you subscribe to. Some are priced *per user per month*
